A qt5 cross-platform image viewer with video support

Notes:
To build with video support, pass WITH_VIDEO=ON to the build script.
mpv is required for the video support

To disable KDE integration, pass WITH_KDE=OFF

WARNING: you will need to disable KDE integration if you do not have
KDE installed or the build will fail.
